1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using CoBoardy through Telegram, this website, or any related service, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
CoBoardy provides a collaborative digital board integrated with the Telegram messenger. The service allows users in Telegram chats to create shared boards, add notes, draw, and collaborate in real time within the scope of Telegram's platform and mini-app capabilities.
3. Telegram Mini App and board data
By opening, launching, or continuing to use the CoBoardy Telegram Mini App, you agree to the current version of this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, close the Mini App and stop using the service.
Board data may be lost or corrupted. Content on CoBoardy boards is stored on our infrastructure and synchronized in real time. Despite our efforts to keep the service reliable, drawings, notes, and other board content may be lost, corrupted, overwritten, or become temporarily or permanently unavailable because of technical issues, software updates, outages, maintenance, or actions by you or other collaborators.
Do not store important or irreplaceable information on boards. CoBoardy is not a backup, archive, or document-management service. Do not rely on it as the only place for valuable drawings, business records, or other critical content.
Always keep your own copies. Export, screenshot, or duplicate important information outside CoBoardy on a regular basis. We are not responsible for loss of board content.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and be legally permitted to use messaging services in your jurisdiction. CoBoardy operates through your existing Telegram account; you are responsible for maintaining the security of that account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CoBoardy to:
- Upload, share, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service
- Use the service for spam, malware distribution, or automated abuse
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these rules.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create on CoBoardy boards. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you share on shared boards.
7. Privacy
CoBoardy boards are accessible to members of the Telegram chats where they are created. We do not sell your personal data. Information you submit through feedback forms may be used to respond to your request and improve the product. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe website data handling in detail. 8. Availability and changes
We strive to keep CoBoardy available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update this User Agreement by posting a revised version on this page; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoBoardy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or content shared on boards.
10. Termination
You may stop using CoBoardy at any time by removing the bot from your chats. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this agreement or if required to protect the service or other users.
